Duplex ASTM a182 SCREWS, NUTS, STUD BOLTS F55 |
|
We supply Duplex ASTM a182, SUPERDUPLEX F55, UNS 31803, EN 1.4462 screws realised in double-phase stainless steel Cr-Ni-Mo-N pitting resistant and stressed corrosion resistant.
F55 is an austenitic and ferritic structural stainless steel with a good mechanical and corrosion resistance. It is suitable to be used in case of parts, valves and pumps under pressure and subject to corrosion and in case of centrifugal pumps under heavy corrosive conditions. It is the best material among the types austenitic Cr-Ni even in presence of chlorides and moreover when further to corrosive conditions we also have mechanical stress. The corrosion resistance of F55 gets the maximum result at soluble status and we recommend not to use it at temperatures higher than 300°C.
F55 can be welded by using common means and can gets soluble after the welding operation. COMPARABLE SPECIFICATIONS
