We supply screws in B6, B6N URANUS in super-inox (super stainless steel) Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu austenitic, pitting, under pressure corrosion and interstitial corrosion resistant.
Screws B6 are mainly used in distillation plants, on pipes used for the treatment of high aggressiveness materials, for example sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitro-chloride, acetic acid. The resistance of this material increases with the presence of ion chlorine.
Screws B6 and B6N URANUS have higher corrosion resistance than the series 316L regarding all types of corrosion and, as thermal treatment they get solubled at 1100°C of water. The heat treatment of B6 screws can be forged between 1200-950°C with air cooling.
