We supply stud bolts, nuts, blind nuts according to DIN 2510 and stainless steel martensitic spacers and heat resistant steel X22CrMoV12-1 tempered suitable to high mechanical resistance levels. This material is suitable to be used for paddles and disks of steam turbines and steam rollers, screws for high temperatures, valves, structural devices of aeroplanes.
This steel X22CrMoV12-1 is corrosion resistance but does not have any pitting resistance in acid reducing solutions, that is usually typical of Class 18/8 stainless steels. This material has the best corrosion resistance to tempered mould, excluding the reviving temperature 430°-450° C and has also a good oxidation resistance up to 650° C in current “on-order” conditions and up to 750°C in fitful “on-order” conditions.
